Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 April 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DigiMotive FZ-LLC ("DigiMotive", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data through our website, advertising technology and client services across MENA.
1. Who we are
DigiMotive is a digital media company headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with offices in Riyadh (KSA) and Amman (Jordan). We represent, sell and activate premium digital inventory on behalf of global agencies and brands. For any privacy question you can reach us at [email protected].
2. What data we collect
We collect personal data in three contexts:
Website visitors. When you browse digimotive.ae we collect standard web analytics data — IP address, device and browser type, approximate geolocation, pages viewed, referrer and time on site — via first-party analytics and cookies. If you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email, company, market and brief details you share.
Advertising technology. Through our ad-serving, retail-media and programmatic partners we process pseudonymous identifiers (cookies, mobile advertising IDs, hashed emails where applicable) to deliver, measure and optimise campaigns. We do not sell personal data.
Business contacts. We process the business contact information of agency and brand staff we work with — names, work emails, phone numbers and job titles — to provide our services and manage our relationship.
3. How we use your data
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver media-planning and campaign activation services to our clients, provide measurement and reporting, improve our website and products, and meet legal and contractual obligations. We do not use personal data for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable under UAE PDPL, KSA PDPL, EU/UK GDPR or other data-protection frameworks, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: consent (for cookies and marketing communications), contract performance (to deliver services to clients), legitimate interests (to operate and improve our business) and legal obligation.
5. Cookies & similar technologies
Our website uses strictly necessary cookies to function and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. Advertising cookies are used only where a cookie banner has been presented and consent obtained. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Campaigns we run on behalf of clients follow the cookie and consent rules of the platforms they run on (Meta, Google, Snap, programmatic partners, etc.).
6. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with: (a) our technology and measurement partners (DSPs, SSPs, retail-media platforms, verification and measurement vendors) strictly as necessary to deliver agreed services; (b) professional advisors (legal, audit, accounting); (c) authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
7. International transfers
Our operations are primarily in the UAE, KSA and Jordan. Where personal data is transferred outside these jurisdictions — for example, to ad-tech vendors headquartered in the US or EU — we use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
8. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes set out above, to meet legal or regulatory obligations, or to resolve disputes. Website analytics logs are retained for up to 24 months. Client contact and campaign records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards for audit and regulatory purposes.
9. Your rights
Depending on the jurisdiction you are in, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
10. Security
We maintain technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the risk — including access controls, encryption in transit, vendor due diligence and staff training. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect personal data from unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
11. Children
Our services are directed to businesses, not children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page; the "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
